H.R. 574: Medicare Physician Payment Innovation Act
The Medicare Physician Payment Innovation Act would repeal the sustainable growth rate (SGR), stabilize payment rates and begin reforming physician payments.
H.R. 1179 and S. 569: Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act
The Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act would count time spent under observation status as “inpatient” for the purposes of the three-day stay rule for coverage of skilled nursing facility (SNF) services.
H.R. 2810: Medicare Payment Access and Quality Improvement Act
The Medicare Payment Access and Quality Improvement Act would repeal the sustainable growth rate (SGR) and encourage the proliferation of alternative payment models.
