12 months on inpatient units, the psychiatric emergency room, consultation/ liaison service and the electroconvulsive therapy service.  Selectives in pain management and neuroradiology. 

In addition to advanced clinical training in the care of the hospitalized psychiatric patient, the fellowship will focus on the administrative issues that are integral to hospital- based care, including regulatory standards, quality improvement, program development and incident review.  Classes will be offered in health policy, management and economics.  Research projects will be encouraged.
