| 1 fellow/year | 1 year | 12 months on inpatient units, the psychiatric emergency
room, consultation/ liaison service and the electroconvulsive therapy
service. Selectives in pain management and
neuroradiology. | In addition to advanced clinical training in the care of
the hospitalized psychiatric patient, the fellowship will focus on the
administrative issues that are integral to hospital- based care,
including regulatory standards, quality improvement, program development
and incident review. Classes
will be offered in health policy, management and
economics. Research projects
will be encouraged. |
